Promotion codes in the Menevä app.

Here you can find tips how the promotional codes work in Menevä app. You can find promotions available that are placed automatically by Menevä or you can add discount coupon code easily to the Discount field at the app (When you are booking a ride view). You will see discount in the price right away. Promo codes are only available for rides paid via the app with Apple Pay, Google Pay or payment cards added to the app.

1. Promotion code.

Promotion is applied automatically by Menevä, and activates when correct payment method is selected. You will see the discount on the price immediately

1. Entering your coupon code

If you have been given promotional code, you can enter code by clicking Discount field and then apply code to the field at Apply Coupon view and press "Apply". 

You will find Discount field in the booking view where you select your Vehicle type, before completing your order.

You will get notification that your code has been succesfully applied. And you will see the discount on the price immediately.

If you struggle for some reason, please check that you have selected right payment method that is valid for discounts.

Codes are case-sensitive, please check spelling. 

You can remove coupon code, if you choose not to use it for your next booking. Active coupon code will reappear when you are making a booking for next time

 

Using your promotion

Note when using promo codes:

  • To activate promotional code, please choose valid payment method: Payment via app with Apple Pay, Google Pay or payment card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a discount for rides paid in the car by cash or payment card, or rides paid with a business account.
  • You will see the discount on the price immediately.
  • Promotions can be placed automatically for you by Menevä or if you have been given coupon code, you can add it yourself to the Discount field when booking a ride. 
  • Active coupon code can be viewed at the Discount view, when booking a ride. 
  • One active code is available at a time for your next booking.
  • You can choose not to use discount, simply by clicking promotion code field, and in the next window click Remove. Promotion is automatically re-offered with your next booking, if promotion is still valid. 
  • The amount of the discount will be itemised in the email receipt.
  • Promo codes are single-use, unless otherwise informed.
