We offer special needs rides with strong experience. We apply an additional fee for special needs rides according to our price list.

Child seats

If you need a child safety seat for your ride, please book in advance by phone, we will charge an additional child seat fee according to our price list.

Haluamme varmistaa, että saat Menevän kyydin myös silloin, kun liikut alueilla, joilla takseja ei normaalisti ole tarjolla. Laajenettu palvelualue toimii seuraavasti:

● Kiinteissä hinnoissa laajennettulla palvelualueella (siellä alkavissa ja sinne päättyvissä) matkoissa huomioidaan kuljettajan pitkä noutomatka
● Pitkä noutomatka ei vaikuta hintaan, jos matkasi päättyy alueelle, jossa toimimme normaalisti
● Ennakkotilaukset onnistuvat myös laajennetulle alueelle.
● Huomio: mittariajolla emme aina voi taata kyytiä näillä alueilla.

Money back guarantee

We apply a price guarantee to all Menevä taxi rides. If your ride is not charged according to the Menevä price list, for example if the driver accidentally charges the ride incorrectly, or the fixed price is different from the fee in the price list, we will return the entire price of the ride to the you. When you feel it is necessary to file a reclamation about your taxi ride, we kindly ask you to leave feedback via our feedback form or email to the address: feedback@meneva.fi.
