The reward code is only valid for new app customers that have not made any bookings yet with the Menevä app and who have registered a card as a payment method in the app.
How do I activate the reward?
- Download the Menevä app from your app store
- Register as a user
- Type in your reward code ALE5 when registering, or to the "Rewards" section in the app menu
- Add a card to your payment methods and select it as the default payment method
- The app will automatically use the reward when you book your next ride with credit card selected as the payment method
- You will see the discount in the electronic receipt for your ride.
PLEASE NOTE: The reward has to be added to the app before booking a ride in order to activate the discount.
Reward codes can only be used for rides that are payed for with a card registered to the app. The discount can unfortunately not be added to cash bookings or card payments made in the car.
This reward code can only be used once.
The discount is valid until further notice and can be used anywhere in our active service areas around Finland.
